The Birds & The Brie was established in 2025 with a simple idea: to make entertaining feel effortless, beautiful, and memorable.
Long before The Birds & The Brie became a business, I was creating beautiful spreads and grazing tables simply because I loved doing it. For our family celebrations, gatherings, and special occasions, I was always the one putting together the food, styling the table, and making sure every little detail looked just right.
Over and over again, friends and family would tell me, “You should really start your own business.” Eventually, I decided to listen — and well, here I am.
What started as something I did purely for fun has grown into a catering experience designed for those who appreciate the little details.
